Hello. My name is Michael Gregory Croutch and I am diagnosed with Manic Depression, and related disorders including Alcoholism, Drug Addiction, and Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder. My goal here is to share my experience, strengths, and hopes to benefit those who may be afflicted, and those people, and families that may suffer from these disorders along with those that are diagnosed. I can only hope that those that are in question of problems in there lives as a result of these illnesses may feel more at ease in seeking help and guidance as a result of hearing from someone who has actually lived with these disorders. I can only share my experiences with the symptoms, and challenges, and the benefits of the recovery that I have gradually found over the last twenty years. Stability is a day by day process, but it can be achieved with a little determination.
